Archives of the Kyoto blind and dumb school were analysed on following 3 aspects. 1. It is the Meiji era period and there are 325 documents in material room in Kyoto Prefectural School for the Visually Impaired. The document that specializes only in construction is seven. 2. The Okoshiezu was made in 1886 when the material of the Taiken elementary school was compared with the Okoshiezu. It is thought that the in-a kyojo ( blind and dumb classroom) in the Taiken elementary school used a part of
