Globally, prostate cancer is a disease of public health importance and it is most common among men between 60 to 70 years of age. Distant primaries involving supraclavicular nodes secondary to prostate cancer is very rare. This report is a case of an unusual presentation of prostate cancer manifesting as a huge neck mass in a 61-year-old man from Kumasi, Ghana, who had complete regression of the mass after androgen deprivation therapy.
