Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is energy in waves emitted from a source. This energy is both electric and magnetic. Electromagnetic radiation from a source penetrates the surrounding area, creating an electromagnetic field (EMF). It affects the behavior of objects in the vicinity of the field. These bio-electrical mechanism which smoothly maintain our lives can be altered through external interfering EMR. This often results in varying types of stress one suffers.
