A color holographic display method is proposed. It uses a spatial light modulator with a synthetic computer-generated hologram, which includes red, green, and blue three monochromatic scenes' information. We calculate three holograms corresponding to red, green, and blue, and then generate a color hologram according to the law of sampling.
