The aim of this paper is to propose a new perspective from life-story interviews with Japanese youth team soccer coaches about reflection of their coaching experiences. The participants were two professional coaches of J. League academy. Each interview was recorded with an IC Recorder. The recorded data were transcribed, and the transcripts were sent to the participants so that they could verify the contents themselves. The transcripts were reconstructed as life-stories.
