Emotional intelligence that has not developed can lead to aggressive behavior. The objective of study was to increase students' emotional intelligence after attending group guidance services. The research method used the Quantitative design of Quasi-Experiment with Time Series Design. Research subjects 10 students of class XI MAN 1 Padang selected with Purposive Sampling technique. Abstrak Kecerdasan emosional yang belum berkembang dapat mengakibatkan perilaku agresif. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatan kecerdasan emosional siswa setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Kuantitatif rancangan Quasi Experiment dengan Time Series Design. Subjek penelitian 10 orang siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Padang yang dipilih dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan skala kecerdasan emosional dan analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil analisis menyatakan terdapat perbedaan skor secara signifikan pretest 1, 2, 3 dengan posttest 1, 2, 3 kecerdasan emosional siswa setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok.
