Primary Leiomyoma of the Lung: Report of a Case

Roentgenography at mass screening revealed a massive shadow in a case in the left upper lung field despite no symptoms suggesting lung tumor. With a suspicion of lung tumor, left pneumonectomy was carried out. Benign leiomyoma of the lung was proved by postoperative histological examination of the excised lung. The patient, aged 55 years
