Numerical solution of reinforced concrete beam using arc-length method

This article discusses numerical solution of a reinforced concrete beam. The modelling was conducted with the rules of the finite element method (Fem). in order to verify the correctness of the assumed material's models: concrete and reinforcing steel, the results obtained with the arc-length method finite analysis were compared with experimental data.
