Jedná se o ploché nepravidelně pigmentované léze na končetinách u mladistvých s ne na první pohled typickým znakem pro Spitzové névy (chybí růžová barva). The lesions were flat, irregularly pigmented on the extremities of juveniles, which is not a typical sign for Spitz nevi (missing pink color).
