The aim of this paper is to explore who do cultural activities in a community. The times of culture in a community which was led by administration changes that which is led by a resident. In this new era, cultural activities in a community are expected as an important factor of community activation. ... munity, which called I-turn or U-turn, and who have the large size of personal network do cultural activities in a community. I analyzes based on this hypothesis. As a result, I found that I-turn people participate in activity with interest, that participating frequency is high, and that the role in activity is important. About U-turn people, although not much many results did not come out, it turned out that people who perform U-turn movement and besides live in a community long years start activities. About the personal network, many results come out. it turned out that people who have the large size of personal network do cultural activities in a community positively.
