Thermal Environment and energy consumption in Washing Area of Commercial Kitchen
A large amount of hot water is used in a washing area of the commercial kitchen, this increases energy consumption and makes the kitchen environment worse with high-temperature and humidity. In this research, the actual energy consumption and thermal environment were measured in the washing area a high energy saving dishwasher was installed. Consequently the high energy-saving, water-saving and CO2 emission reduction effects of the latest dishwasher were experimentally-confirmed.
