more » ... ty of educational counselor's healthy behavior, personality characteristics and stress coping skills for vocational success. The sample of the study consisted of (317) educational counselors selected random approach. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used healthy behavior scale, Eisenk personality characteristics List, a career success scale and life stressors scale. The results of the study showed that educational counselors reported high levels of healthy behaviors, and the educational counselors reported high levels of coping skills, except for psychological stressors as they reported moderate levels on this dimension. The results of the study showed that the balanced personality and extraversion personality were the most prevalent personalities among the educational counselors participating in the study, educational counselors reported high levels of career success on all study dimensions, except for planning for school counseling program as educational counselors reported moderate levels. The combined effect of healthy behaviors levels and coping skills with live stressors accounted for (0.333) in the educational counselors' career success. Results indicated that healthy behavior had for the career success (0.444). Life stressors coping skills for the career success (0.212). However, personality characteristics had no predictive ability for career success.
