Three lactobacilli species, namely; L. bulgaricus, L. plantarum, and L. acidophilus were isolated from yoghurt, vinegar, and vagina, respectively, showed inhibition activity on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from several wound infections specimens.
