Objective. The author reveals the system of securing the supreme legal force of constitutional provisions, the mechanism of normative control by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, analyzing the performance of various state authorities, including the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Main Legal Office of the President of the Russian Federation, profile committees and the State Duma Apparatus and the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
