Malignant eccrine poroma is a rare skin adnexal tumor arising from the eccrine sweat glands. It arises from different sites in the body lower extremities, palmand trunk. Porocarcinoma from scalp is rare and we are presenting a case of porocarcinoma arising from the scalp post radiotherapy for the hypo-pharyngeal tumor.
