Female teenagers reproduction health, especially in maintaining and caring the reproductive organs are influenced by parents' knowledge, education level, and role, especially mother, in providing reproduction health education so that female teens can learn and take care of their own reproduction organs. Purpose: to find out the difference level of knowledge of female teenagers toward vulva hygiene before and after counseling in SMA Negeri 9 Semarang. Methods: The type of the study was quasi-experimental study (Quasi Experiment) with One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The samples were taken with proportional stratified random sampling technique and the research instrument was questionnaire. The research samples was 65 female students. Result: Based on the research results can be seen that the average knowledge on vulva hygiene before the counseling was 2.138 with standard deviation 0.7043 and the average knowledge after the counseling was 1.600 with standard deviation 0.6072. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the calculated t value was 8.641 with p value 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: There was a significant difference between the levels of knowledge of SMA Negeri 9 Semarang's female students on Vulva Hygiene before and after the counseling.
