ITC Integration Process in Basic Education: The Case of Veracruz City in Mexico

The aim of this paper is to describe the attitudes of principals toward the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in public primary schools in the city of Veracruz, Mexico. This is a quantitative research through a survey. It was used a representative probability sample of 46 public primary schools in the municipality with a probability of occurrence of 90% and a standard error of 5%. The results indicate that the respondents believe that ICT apply to their work
