Narrow band imaging (NBI) is a new technique that uses optical filters for imaging of mucosal morphology. Thus, it can identify colonic polyp/mass through pit pattern and vascular pattern. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of NBI in comparison with chromo endoscopy and conventional colonoscopy for detection of colorectal lesions.
