Meningosarcoma in The Infratemporal Fossa: An Unusual Presentation

Meningosarcoma represent a rare disease with an uncertain prognosis. Moreover, localization of tumours in the infratemporal fossa is rare. Lack of associated symptomatology of infratemporal fossa's lesions could result in a diagnosis and treatment delay. Also, surgical management of infratemporal fossa neoplasm remain challenging. more » ... ent further than surgery. Conclusion: A comprehensive histological evaluation and a multidisciplinary team help making the diagnosis and managing all eventualities. Sometimes surgery is not enough, and more therapeutic strategies are necessary.
