Heat exchanger has been widely used in the industry which needs energy transport, and the application of the plate type heat exchanger having high efficiency has been greatly increased. In this study main design parameters are analyzed and new equations are induced. The induced formulation was compared with a commercial program in order to design an optimal heat exchanger.
