The goal of this study was to examine work enjoyment, a dimension of flow, and thriving, the joint experience of learning and vitality, as possible positive outcomes of job-related learning demands. It was further hypothesized that challenge appraisal and hindrance appraisal mediate the relation between job-related learning demands and work enjoyment as well as thriving.
