... ere employees of Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 135 respondents through a survey questionnaire. The data analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The instrument testing includes validity and reliability tests. Prerequisite tests include classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and hypothesis testing which consists of partial test with t-test. The results of the study found that leadership and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. In conclusion, this study has identified that the factor of leadership and organizational culture are important in determining organizational success.
