The quality of physical environment of a house which does not fulfill the health requisite is a risk factor of lung tuberculosis. This study aimed to obtain the relationship between the quality of house physical environment and the occurence of lung TB in the wooorrrking areas of Siko Community Health Center Ternate Utara in Ternate city. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualias lingkungan fisik rumah dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perawatan Siko Kecamatan Ternate Utara Kota Ternate. Metode penelitian ini yaitu observasional dengan rancangan penelitian kasus kontrol. Sampel kasus penelitian ini ialah penderita tuberkulosis paru (BTA +) dan sebagai kontrol yaitu bukan penderita tuberkulosis paru (BTA-). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kepadatan hunian (p value = 0,001; OR = 3,500), kelembaban (p value = 0,000; OR = 3,795), luas ventilasi (p value = 0,002; OR 3,065), dan pencahayaan alami (p value = 4,111; OR= 0,000) dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis lantai dengan kejadian tuberkulosis paru (p value = 0,088; OR = 1,906).
