The research results obtained are: (1) The application of the picture and picture cooperative learning model to the learning outcomes of students at SDN 4 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency is carried out in stages: a) the teacher explains the material as an introduction; b) the teacher divides the students into several groups; c) the teacher shows pictures related to the material; d) the teacher appoints students in turn to sort the pictures into a logical picture; e) the teacher conducts an evaluation. (2) Obstacles in the application of the picture and picture cooperative learning model, namely: it takes a long time, requires a lot of pictures. Efforts that can be made are: utilizing used goods, using varied learning models and collaborating with parents.
