A crucial factor for the success of e-commerce system is accurate trust evaluation. Reputation based trust models are widely used in e-commerce systems, where the ratings are used to calculate the trust score. These ratings, also referred as recommendations, referrals and feedback, is the most important factor in building the trust relationship.
