were used. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS 16 using Pearson correlation test. Results: In this study, 83 people (40.5 %) were male and 122 of them (59.5 %) were female. The results showed that organizational justice and its dimensions (distributive, procedural, and interactive justice) were significantly correlated with job satisfaction (p < 0.05). Conclusion: According to the results, considering perceived organizational justice by academic leaders can lead to improve employees' job
