This article aims to reflect on the educational policies, for higher education, enacted in the period of Coronavirus pandemic and the conditions for the provision of Distance Education (DE) in an emergency character of the best quality. The researchers tried to understand in this work, as a research problem, if DE would be the answer for a pandemic time.
