This study explores the relationship betsveen positive emotions by measuring electroencephalograms (EEGs) and flow experience of regular tai chi practitioners, The correlation between positive emotions and flow experience as detailed by questionnaire responses was statistically significant in experts, while in beginners, it was not significant.
