The reconstruction of St Maurice in Olomouc was one of the most important building projects in late medieval Moravia. Research assumes that the work began in 1415 and continued, with several interruptions, into the late 15th century. This paper wants to critically examine the dating of the choir as eastern part of the parish church parish church between 1453 and 1483/1492. It approaches the building enterprise with a detailed analysis of the stylistic, typological and archaeological findings
