Femtosecond Pulse Propagation through a Quantum Wire Optical Waveguide Observed by Cross-Correlation Frequency-Resolved Optical Gating Spectroscopy
2004
Japanese Journal of Applied Physics
Femtosecond optical pulse propagation in a quantum wire (QWR) waveguide was investigated by two-color sum-frequency cross-correlation frequency-resolved optical gating (XFROG) spectroscopy. The polarization anisotropy of the crescentshaped GaAs QWR was observed in terms of absorption and refractive index dispersion by XFROG spectroscopy.
