Certain topological conditions on a Markov transition function are shown sufficient for an integral representation of conservative invariant Baire measures. The analysis incorporates the Choquet-Bishop-de Leeuw extension of the Krein-Milman theorem. mT(B) = fp(x, B) dmix) = (<) m(ß).
