Hukum bukanlah murni dan bersih dari berbagai pengaruh dan kepentingan yang ada ditengah masyarakat baik hal itu dari aspek politik, sosial, budaya ekonomi, informasi dan teknologi. Pengaruh politik adalah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting karena intervensi politik terhadap hukum sangat dominan.
