It expresses the philosophy course that he feels to defend the independence and consolidate the power of the Republic in the Spanish America, and is standard political partner of the Bolivarian thought, for Latin America. Résumé: Cet article présente une brève réflexion sur la Charte de la Jamaïque, instrument historique écrit par Simon Bolivar, qui contient une érudition politique révélatrice et une grande sensibilité sociale de son auteur, le Bolivar général. Il exprime le cours de philosophie qu'il se sent pour défendre l'indépendance et consolider le pouvoir de la République dans l'Amérique espagnole, et est partenaire politique standard de la pensée bolivarienne pour l'Amérique latine.
