Objective: Autofluorescence imaging (AFI) videobronchoscopy is a new endoscopic tool that improves visualization of neoplastic changes in the bronchial mucosa. The major aim of our study was to determine sensitivity and specificity of the technique in the assessment of tumor extent (margins).
