The developing teaching-learning process and its relation to the methodological work

This article presents a brief systematizing of the main theoretical principles of the teaching-learning process, and the developing teaching in the Cuban context, taking as a paradigm Doris Castellanos Simons (2002)´s criterion of making emphasis in their dimensions and indicators; Fatima Addine (2007)´s criteria on the topic are taken also and the demands for a developing teaching are stated explicitly, assuming Margarita Silvestre Oramas (1999)´s criteria; as well as some actions for
more » ... ctions for guaranteeing self preparation, diagnosis, planning, development and control of the educational process, in order to contribute to increase the scientific level of teachers. It also proposes a guide for the methodological analysis of units of study.
