To establish an axon regeneration regulatory network for optimal selection, and explore the role of low intensity pulsed ultrasound in the network. The axon regeneration regulatory network involving axon regeneration-related proteins NGF, BDNF and PirB was constructed by using GO and KEGG. The maximum possible pathway acting on axon regeneration was screened by Bayesian network theory.
