Supramolecular structure and performance properties of activated matrix polytetrafluoroethylene, modified fiber filler and composites based on its are investigated. Shown that the energy influence contributes to transfer of the polytetrafluoroethylene matrix structure in nanoscale state. The technology of sequential mechanical activation of the ingredients composition before their mixing by the energy influence is developed.
