Suppuration in Rheumatoid Arthritis

SIR,-I wish to record the fact that a few weeks ago I secured a dramatic cure of a case of malignant exophthalmos (ophthalmoplegic exophthalmos) by the use of acetazolamide. This drug has not previously been used or suggested in the treatment of this condition so far as I can ascertain from a search of the literature.
