A univariate and bivariate analysis has been used to describe satisfaction among hotel and restaurant workers and the relationship between this satisfaction and their working conditions. From the special characteristics observed in this sector, it can be deduced that the level of satisfaction expressed by the working conditions of the worker is significantly lower in the hotel and restaurant sector.
