We present a novel method of optical tomographic ilnaging and clinical diagnosis that are successfully developed in intense light scattering medium of a living organisrn, using optical tirne domain short,coherence inteference technology. Construction of an interfermeter 、vith a lo、 v coherence light source and a beam scanning yields two-dirnentional reflection tomography with high spatial resolution Of up to 10 μ m. A practical case po、 verfully displayed in clinical diagnosis of ophthalmology
