Clinical evaluation of a new granule, NG271, containing 120mg/g of terfenadine was performed in 63 patients with chronic urticaria in an open clinical study. NG271 was given twice a day for 7 days, and was assessed for the improvements of itching and urti caria. The following results were obtained. (1) The improvement rating of itching and urticaria indicated 63.8% and 59.3% in the "Remarkable" and "Moderate" , respectively. (2) The final global improvement rating indicated 65.5% in the
