Based on hypothesis there is any significant positive correlation between spiritual intelligence with the work motivation of kindergarten's teachers at Kubu District of Rokan Hilir Regency. It could be seen from the result of correlation coefficient that = 0,829 and significant level is 0,00<0,05. The level of correlation between spiritual intelligence with the work motivation of kindergarten's teachers is in the middle category with the rank of determinant coefficient in the amount 68,8%, it means that spiritual intelligence affect the work motivation as much as 68,8%. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan motivasi kerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru TK se-Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang berjumlah 41 orang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu korelasi Pearson Product Moment untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel kecerdasan spiritual dengan motivasi kerja guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi dengan meggunakan program SPSS ver. 17. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan motivasi kerja guru TK se-Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,829 dan taraf signifikansi 0,00<0,05.Tingkat hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan motivasi kerja guru termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai koefisien determinan yang dihasilkan sebesar 68,8% memiliki makna bahwa kecerdasan spiritual memberi pengaruh sebesar 68,8% terhadap motivasi kerja.
