The Dielectric Constant Analysis for Aqueous Characterization Using Split Ring Resonator Sensor

This paper presents a microfluidic split ring resonator sensor with planar structure to identify and analyze the real part of complex permittivity (dielectric constant). The sensor is designed based on the resonant perturbation method for high precision and optimum sensitivity.
