This experiment was designed to investigate the roles of induced pluripotent stem cells and hormonal therapy on experimentally-induced ovarian ablation (OA) by evaluating of hormonal (E2, FSH, LH), molecular (Oct4, Runx2, Stra8), histopathological (H&E) and immunohistochemical (PCNA) examinations.
