Aflatoxins are the carcinogenic substances and their control is very important aspect related to health concerns. In present study, the inhibitory effects of the 8 different kinds of natural powdered spices were tested by introducing these materials into culture media for aflatoxin production. The results showed that black cumin + cinnamon oil, onion + cinnamon oil, Nutmeg, Mace + mustard oil, coriander + mustard oil completely inhibited the Production of aflatoxin, whereas turmeric completely
