Findings: The proposed approach has been tested in one of the higher educational institutions i.e. Shaqra University. The sample size of user's includes 237 from different departments and the system provided performance evaluation of each individual employee in terms of task completion. Application: This methodology is proposed to apply among the employees working in the in Shaqra University as it is one of the higher educational institutions in order to evaluate their performance.
