This monograph is a compilation of papers written by students majoring in Communication and Information Studies or in Library and Information Science at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, during the spring semester 2008. Graduate students studied the traditional KM theories, discussed controversial issues, and gave presentations that demonstrated the relationship between knowledge and decision making.
