Combinatorial Study of SnSbS Thin Films by X-Ray Diffraction and Photoconductivity

Combinatorial studies have expanded material research greatly. Compounds in thin film form have greater impact due to good optical properties and less material use. SnSbS is a new material in solar cells, and we are exploring its properties by depositing it in a combinatorial approach. Special arrangements were carried out in a sputtering machine for combinatorial deposition of SnSb thin films while sulphurization was carried out in a vacuum coater.
