The finite time control of nonlinear permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied in this paper. Firstly, the nonlinear vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. Then, on the basis of finite time stability theory, a novel terminal sliding mode control method is proposed for the vibration control of nonlinear permanent magnet synchronous motor.
