This research was done at project of Taman Sidorejo estate Kecamatan Krian Kabupaten Sidoarjo. It used Competitor analysis, Finance analysis, Break-even Point analysis, and Sensitivity analysis. Result of Competitor analysis show insufficient of house about 5,566 units for all house types.
